I contacted them 8 months in advance and touched base several times leading up to the big date. The customer service we received from the whole team was amazing from the planning stages right up until the flight day. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and informative and we had no hesitations entrusting them with our big day.
The whole experience was amazing from the take off, flight and landing to the location our pilot (Jay) suggested for our photographs. I couldn't have asked for more and the photo's turned out absolutely stunning!
