- Jennifer Wilcox Added 2018-02-08★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately this was not a good stay. We had a terrible night's sleep. The beds were as hard as rocks and we are still groaning from the resulting pain. The desk person when we checked in didn't know how to do her job, was flustered and blamed her confusion on management...to customers! When I checked out I owed taxes. There was a different person at the desk who said that I refused to pay the taxes. That is an outright lie. I wasn't charged them. To hide her error she blamed the customer. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again. I would have a much more comfortable sleep.
